Space planning

• The upcoming office needs have been reviewed, only minor OSAF impact.
• Short-term: Emptying 1 almost-empty cube.

Conference rooms, phone bridge, meetings, shared time

• Office resources have been busy lately.
• There are opportunities for improvements. Meetings involve lots of people's time, so important to respect that time. Improvements can include:
  • Conference room space is getting a little tighter, so you must reserve rooms ahead of time.
  • Phone bridges have also had conflicts we've had some conflicts.
  • Staff presentations and updates should be focused; helpful to determine your primary message.
  • End on time when others are waiting.

Multiple upcoming releases: Chandler 0.7a4, Cosmo 0.5, osaf.us launch

• Chandler Alpha 4 is branched
• Cosmo 0.5 should be released tomorrow
• osaf.us running Cosmo 0.5 should happen by Friday
• Chandler 0.7a4+Cosmo 0.5 bugs may be addressed by alpha 4 branch updates including releases
