Discussion of open hiring positions:

• Cosmo position open and actively interviewing
• Business Strategy and Development position open and actively interviewing
  • Open to contracting for the right candidate

Space

There will be upcoming discussions of office space issues at 543 Howard St, to keep in sync with inter-entity various minor changes

Preview focus

The announcement of "everyone should be focused on Preview release in March" message repeated in last week's staff meeting received positive feedback. Everyone affirms that is indeed the case.

Hosted Service capacity planning for 10k

• Target of 10k has been proposed.
• Looking at larger and smaller, couldn't do 10x that target without substantial Cosmo multiple app and multiple db support features. 1/10 that target could probably be done on existing hardware with no further hardware costs.
• ops-wg has consensus that a Preview capacity target of 10k supported users seems a worthy goal, and the risks seem managable.
