Maintaining Dogfoodability

• Problem: Mitch and Esther can't dogfood right now. Fixing this needs to be a high prio.
• We'll hold alpha4 as long as this objective is not reached.
• Some bugs are really hard to reproduce.
• We'll have tests to cover that (see Mikeal's email) but that won't happen in the short term.
• Short term: have more people using the product and log (and fix) those bugs.
• Action -> Send a mail to the list asking all to subscribe to the Office calendar during the debug period
• Action -> Document an easy way to run several instances of Chandler on different repositories (one for tests, one for dogfood)
• Action -> Document better how to use the Talkback and logs

Improving communication from ops team

• Weekly email with highlight
• Reemphasize during staff meeting
• Repetition is good...

Staff meeting next week

• Alpha4 demo: "Reply, Reply all, Forward" and other recent features
• Hibernate speedup demo
• Update on Branding (if applicable)
