Cosmo Hiring

• Down to a short list of 3 or 4 people who are all pretty good
• People interviewing today

Chandler Alpha4

• Code complete a couple of days late
• Only a couple features delayed
• Big feature to land today: new stamping code (stamping as annotation)
• Concern about the stability of the code. Need to focus on making alpha4 stable once code complete is declared.
• We need to have some automation for stress test and long running usage patterns. Functional and unit tests are not enough anymore.
• Some issues with functional tests, cost us quite a bit of productivity and lots of productivity.

Cosmo strategy discussions

• Cosmo target users: some thinking in the Cosmo team about the users who want to run Cosmo themselves
• Sustainability model is not settled now so we should be careful when talking about it
• We'll be addressing the communication aspect at the staff meeting
• Right now though, we are more focused about the product and the ideas we're implementing rather than on a "business model"

IT

• Server for Wiki replacement Thursday. Wiki perf updated completed within a month.
• Webmail project in progress with Chris. Prototype within 2 weeks, available within a month.
