Budgeting and hiring

• Review of 2006 status and possibilities for extension of teams
• Review of open positions in the Cosmo, Product Strategy teams
• Lisa Dusseault is leaving OSAF to join CommerceNet^?

PR list

• We have a private list
• Purpose of list is to have a place for location when planning or responding to articles, blog hits, conferences, etc

Stefan Cosmor/wx (Philippe)

• Discussion of wx branch for transparency
• Is this a separate project or what exactly is that? What sort of committer policy will be used? What's the relationship to wx upstream?
• Discussion will continue on chandler-private, for offline Chandler committer discussion

Cosmo URL issue as governance case study

• There was a recent, long thread about the complicated issue of Cosmo URLs. After trying to build consensus, we're close to resolution but it's unclear how to exactly resolve the issue.

• Discussion of resolution of issues in this state at the discretion of the project owner (generally Product Manager). The owner has the responsibility to be fair and unbiased and to consider mechanisms other than fiat to rearch resolution. Sheila is the owner of this issue and will determine how to proceed.
