Notes: Cosmo UI from now till Preview

This meeting was strictly to go over the Cosmo UI design/layout. We had walked through the proposal Mimi put together for the Minimum Preview Cosmo UI elements. Then design walked through the .ppt slides for the nice to have Cosmo UI proposal.

Issues

• Looking at the minimal proposal, does any of this affect 0.6? As we move towards the 'nice to have’s for Cosmo' will that affect work for 0.6?
• Accessablitiy/internationlization for images, esp. for the subscribe teaser on the top right.

Next steps:

• Buttons and dialog boxes need to have some style guide.
• Will revisit the style for all buttons and icons as it's own project.
• Follow up with Sheila/Ted about internationlization, accessablity, and skin-ability.
• Keeping up with communication on where things are heading and when things are changing.

Notes:

• You can show the subscription then hide it away
• General guideline for using graphics and when not to use graphics
• Need some button philosophy for making it so
• How much attention do we want to ask Ted/Sheila: accessibility, skin-ability
• Internationalization: there is care to built it in from the ground up.
