Scooby Meeting Notes - July 6th 2006

Agenda

• Update on planning for Scooby 0.3
• Ranking features based on the priorities from the feature ranking matrix.
• Open issues that need to be addressed on the list. Who should take lead on addressing them?

Notes

• Download the latest version of the Feature ranking matrix (zeroDot3FRMv3.xls) updated 7/6/06

What’s changed on the FRM:

• Added: #14 - Next 4 days
• Split up #24 time-zone:
  1. Allow for the existence of a default time-zone
  2. Allow for the UI to choose the default time-zone (time-zone picker)

• Need clarification on #27 - Change time-zone on the calendar, being able to switch the current timezone
• Split up #32: @time and anytime.

• Need to send to list about time-zones and how that workflow might work. Tasked to Bobby to send to list.
• Chandler set it to floating time-zone
  • then once it's set
  • always appear to 2 o'clock then it will always be set at 2 o'clock

• Also need to list out all open issues (or follow up with previous e-mail sent) and task a lead on starting the discussion out to the list.

Next actions

• Get estimates from the developers.Next tuesday follow up and rank features.
• The goal is to break out each features into series of tasks and give estimates.
