Scooby Meeting Notes - May 31st 2006

Agenda

• Shall we move the meeting to another date? Is 30 mins on Wednesday so disruptive?
• What do people think about moving the meeting to IRC?
• Update on 0.3 planning. Target users for Scooby 0.3.
• Reminder of bug counsel after the meeting today.

Notes

• Consensus to move the meeting to 3 PM PST on Thursday.
• The server meeting that happens before that.
• Experiment with an IRC meeting–though IRC was really a suggestion to help people who did not want to be interrupted during the day of coding.
• For remote people it would be better to stay connected with people on the phone.
• Mimi notes on target users. This will help generate a Scooby 0.3 target user.
• Currently the 0.3 target user is someone in the company who can add their PTO on the office calendar by using Scooby.
