What's going on with 0.1?
Landing page update. Cosmo/Scooby logos and the branding effort.
How is the planning going with 0.2? Dealing with open issues on the list and schedule feature specific meetings.
What was decided
0.2 Planning
In following the 0.2 tenets, this will be a time based development cycle. Six week timeframe of solid development seems agreeable by everyone.
An additional two weeks will be added to the end for external code documentation and ideally the code is frozen and handed off to Q/A.
Branding
April 27th 2006, co-ordinate branding w/ business plans and will most likely have one more release cycle before change. In other words 0.2 planning page will look very similar to 0.1 (which should be fine since 0.2 is not a target users release
Planning for 0.2 landing page should also commence
Spec writing for John & Priscilla starting next week.
Ideal kick off date is April 10th to begin six weeks of development. Finalizing specs will over lap with the 6 weeks development
If there anything Q/A can also test before the end of the 6 weeks
Open issues will either be sent to the list and/or will have seperate meetings feature specific ie. timezone, public calendar. Although these issues may not make it into the 0.2 timeframe, it will be hashed out before the target user's release.
