Bug#1008 (wrong bsddb used on Debian)Python's setup.py was changed to no longer look in system directories for the bsddb library -- it will now only use the version we are building ourselves.Completed
Release milestone 9 (a.k.a 0.3.02)After a couple false starts resulting from the renaming of model to repository and the new use of the logging module, milestone 9 is on the downloads server.Completed
Get Chandler to build on 10.3 OS XChecked out chandler-system, did a build, when I ran I got a crash and the stack trace is available in bug 979.

Kevin Ollivier has succesfully built and run on Panther, and it turns out he is using wxPython 2.4.2.4, so I think I should integrate that release into our source tree.

Project : Development / Tools / Status manager
Task descriptionProgress this weekStatus
Project Summary: Status ManagerThis week the status manager was presented to the team, and people will be evaluating it during the next week. Once we get critical mass it will mean the end of the individual status report announcement emails and we can generate one big status report easily.

New features this week include: view management (save/edit/delete), filtering, report generation, backups, grouping granularity, and lots of UI changes.
In progress
Create the report-generating interface so that folks can get a birds-eye view of everyone's status. It should have a button that says "generate report" which pops up a "static" HTML version of whatever you are currently viewing.Done. You can now generate a "static" HTML version of the view you are currently looking at by clicking the "Report..." button. It will pop up a window that you can "view source" and copy and paste the source to a wiki, etc.Completed
Be able to perform the following operations on views: edit, save, save as, delete, and revert (back out of any unsaved changes).Done. Buttons for performing these operations are only displayed when appropriate (for example, "delete view" doesn't appear if you only have one view, or "revert" only appears if you have made view changes but haven't yet saved).Completed
Convert status field into a listboxDone, and if a task appears multiple times in the list, its status listboxes are kept in sync with javascript, just like the checkboxes.Completed
Determine if we need a different UI for presenting the list of projects in the task edit view. With the amout of items in the projects list, the current method for display is passable. In the future a fancier javascript collapsable tree might be in order...Completed
Remove the checkboxes and listboxes from other peoples' tasks. When other people's tasks are displayed in the list, those tasks are no longer displayed with checkboxes and listboxes, since you can't edit their tasks but you might think you could if you were presented with those widgets.Completed
Allow users to filter the task list based on any field.Project filtering is improved: selecting a higher-level project also includes child projects automatically.

Added a "project hierarchy detail" filter that allows you to select how tasks are displayed when grouped by project. For example, if you set the detail to the 10,000 foot view, all Chandler tasks will be grouped under the Chandler banner; if you set it to the 5,000 foot view, all Chandler / Capplets tasks will be grouped under that banner, etc.

Filtering on public/private, draft/final, and summary/nonsummary is now working.

Look for a way to interpret wiki-like syntaxLooked around for a php wiki library -- there is probably some code I can use from Jungle.PhpWiki.
For now at least you can embed HTML (be very careful!), and newlines are converted to <br> tags.
In progress
Indicate which field is being sorted, and in which direction. When you change grouping or sorting you get a message that describes the new sort order, but I don't have any graphical indicators in the column headings yet. In progress
