Release update

• Chandler 0.7Alpha4
  • Mimi dogfooding and logging bugs for the dashboard
  • Appears more stable
  • Priscilla and Sheila dogfooding as well - Sheila will start logging bugs for email
• Cosmo 0.5
  • Branched but still waiting for recurrence work to finish
  • Current release estimate is Nov 1

Design session this week

• Magic URL discussion
• Decide by Friday what next week's session will be

Wiki

• Jared is going to be setting up a server
• Problem using the branch that we have
• Made sense to do this because it was going to be difficult using what we have
• Timeline for this? Priscilla will be meeting with Jared tomorrow and send an update
• Sheila will think about doing a new home page for PPD (Mimi has time to do some work on this)

Design list

• Sheila will do weekly summary
• Not much traffic due to bug fixing for both teams.

Any other presentations we should be doing

• Cosmo people in town the week of Nov 8th
  • Dashboard presentations
  • Scoping table view of more than just events
  • Sit down with Matthew to go over UI issues in detail

Cosmo

• Some of the admin UI, regular users might want to get out at this functionality
• Prisiclla and Mimi will talk more on Wed about this.

Branding

* Katie: Is there supposed be a weekly branding meeting? * We will discuss this at today's branding meeting at 3:00pm. * Seems like we need to come back to stuff * Met about position statements - talked about what we like/didn't like.

Vacation

• Both Mimi and Sheila will be on vacation the end of Nov, beg of Dec

Priscilla

• Progress
  • Cosmo 0.5 relesae notes. First draft written. Having Ted review before sending them to Pieter.
  • Cosmo 0.5 spec update and wiki update are done for now.
  • 0.6 spec written as much as I can for now. Waiting for final estimates from Ted and will review final features for 0.6.
  • Started working on the wiki project end of last week. Made a decision to wait for new wiki server and work with Jared on a regular basis start on the wiki project.

• Plans
  • Unified URL - Planning to review with developers for design session Tuesday.
  • General item support wireframes - Planning to review with developers for Thursday if we have time.
  • Work out where to put the Admin console links from Cosmo. Need to sketch out ideas first then go over with Mimi.
  • Finalize on on Cosmo 0.6 with Ted and present to the team. Update information on the wiki.
  • Still working through the punchlist of non-developement tasks, sent it to the list and updating my progress. This item will be done when 0.5 is officially released.
  • Cosmo landing pages - working with Pieter on upcoming 0.5 launch for landing pages.
  • Wiki/portal project - To start working with Jared and creating the wiki fresh from a new server.
