Question of the Week

• Is there anything in the PPD process that we could be doing differently?
  • Mimi - no specific complaints right now
    • There are a bunch of issues that we would like to distract developers with. Can we make this part of our process?
    • Could the developers initiate some of this process?
  • Priscilla - we spend alot of time documenting everything - do we need to do this?
    • Are we taking so many notes so that people can't find stuff.
    • Are people reading all the notes?

Wireframes for Cosmo ui to handle more than just events

• Priscilla sent out another draft based on Mimi's feedback.
• Sheila will review.
• Ready for review next Tues in design session.

• Mimi just posted this to the list.
• Will review with Cosmo team on Tues in design session or next Thurs.

Target user write-up - presentation next week

• Mimi working on presentation for the staff meeting on Thurs 19th.

• Priscilla has been working on other more important deliverables and we don't have the template ready yet.
• Mimi can start on content in the meantime.

Priscilla

• Progress
  • General item support wireframes - Pretty much done with single item view work. Will prepare to go over with developers for design session next week.
  • Cosmo wiki pages - Updated wiki home, 0.5 and 0.6. Sent to list. Need to work with Ted next week on updates/revisions. Features on 0.6 are not finalized.
  • Cosmo 0.5 specs - Moving content to 0.6 spec. Updating the 0.5 content.
  • Cosmo 0.5 relesae notes. First draft written. Having Ted review before sending them to Pieter.
  • Photoshop screens for Cosmo URL workflows --> feedback to Mimi.

• Plans
  • Design session next week for general item support wireframes.
  • Finalize on on Cosmo 0.6 with Ted and present to the team. Update information on the wiki.
  • Still working through the punchlist of non-developement tasks, sent it to the list and updating my progress. This item will be done when 0.5 is officially released.
  • Cosmo landing pages - working with Pieter on upcoming 0.5 launch for landing pages.
  • Wiki/portal project - To start listing out taxonomy work from Ted/Mimi and put on the new wiki portal.
  • Target user write ups - working on a few slides with Mimi for staff meeting presentation based on Cosmo sprint.-No progress yet, but plan to before end of week.

  • Putting up proposal for Magic URL Storyboards
  • Wrote up addedum to Dashboard spec around Sharing Triage status, the Purge workflow, and Recurrence and Communications: DashboardSharingCommunicationsRecurrence
  • Working on Target User Group write up
  • Collecting ideas for Branding: Names, Logos, Concepts, Position statement ideas
• Plans
  • Taking over Target User presentation from Priscilla for next week's staff mtg presentation
  • Pulling together Wiki Area on Sharing and Collaboration
