• Tuesday design session - proposal for tomorrow Sept 26th
  • Email - BKirsch in town this week.
  • We will use the time for a small group discussion.
  • Use the strategy 1.0 email.
  • What is Chandler going to be when it's a full-fledged email client?
  • We kind of have an idea for the 1.0 strategy.
  • Brainstorming session about email in the longer term.
  • Shared email lists, email accounts, how would this work? What might the scenarios look like.

• Brian here this week
  • Ask him if there are specific questions he has.
  • Go over the Preview features.
  • Review the email spec.

• Cosmo stuff
  • Simple wireframes and more clarification - terminology. Priscilla and Mimi will meet on Wed to go over this.
  • Photoshop screens for showing what happens when the user clicks on.
  • How the admin UI folds into the overall Cosmo UI.
  • Upgrade Cosmo demo? Probably at the end of Cosmo 0.5. Priscilla will follow-up with Jared and then we can discuss.
  • Talked to Pieter about the landing pages - milestone and not a major release. Keep this to a minimum.
  • Still need to update wiki, specs - planning page for 0.6.
  • Recurring events * The Cosmo team had some questions about how we handle recurring events. * There were some limitations based on the way we modeled this in Chandler. * Priscilla is going to speak to Bobby, Grant and Jeffrey and Matthew.

• Chandler
  • Sheila will be working on specs but a bit behind - critical we have these done soon.
  • Undo - hoping to get to place where we can get reality check from engineering
    • Infrastructure
    • Infrastructure and some implementation
    • Whole thing
    • Nothing for Preview
    • Big worry for Chandler Preview - stability and performance - will take the attention away from other things
  • Ok to have design stuff done ahead of time
  • Big roadmap - Sheila will continue to work on this
  • Sidebar icons
    • Stick with what we have for now
    • Get the bug fixed with the one-pixel gap
    • Worried more about usability rather that it being jarring
  • Recurrence issue for the table
    • Need to summarize the thread
    • Talk to Grant about this
    • The longer term options require quite a few changes
    • He is going to think about this but will be possibly leaving for interop event
  • Timezone stuff
    • Can wait on making a decision on this. Don't need this for Preview.

• Target user stuff
  • Priscilla finished off the descriptions and will review this Mimi.
  • We will send this to the list and schedule a presentation for the staff meeting.

• Priscilla - update on wiki
  • Ask Dave to create a new branch for the wiki.
  • Will start playing with the page layout - new template.
  • Will likely start on this at the end of the week.

• Branding * We will defer the ops discussion until next week. * Talk to Ted about schedule for branding.

  • Cosmo Home wiki page. - Received some feedback and will be updating the content.
  • Updated Cosmo 0.5 wiki page will be revising dates, features and tenets based on last weeks Cosmo meeting.
  • Cosmo 0.5 specs - Received some feedback and will be updating the content.
  • Wiki/portal project - Working with Dave for a blank wiki

• Plans
  • Target user write ups - will follow up with Mimi on presentation to staff meeting.
  • General item support wireframes - work with Mimi and come up with consistant terminology, clarify features and behaviors
  • Photoshop screens for Cosmo URL workflows - help from Mimi perhaps?
  • Continue working with Ted/Sheila on Cosmo planning and roadmap.
  • Continue working with Ted to plan a more accurate Cosmo 0.5 release date.
  • Working with Sheila/Ted and follow up on next steps of the Cosmo roadmap. Sheila’s Cosmo stickie plan
  • Still working through the punchlist of non-developement tasks, sent it to the list and updating my progress.
  • Cosmo landing pages - will work with Pieter on upcoming launch release dates.
  • Wiki/portal project - will close on the general list on next actions and follow up with Pieter on wiki instructions
