Since Mimi isn't here we had a brief meeting.

• Cosmo planning
  • Jared's prioritization updated on Cosmo planning page
  • Still waiting on Ted to get some more detailed dev estimates
  • In the meantime, there seems to be enough detail to start mapping out a roadmap
  • Priss, Sheila and Ted will meet on Tues am to work on this
  • Follow-up email to be sent to the list

  • We agreed on a proposal - Morgen to send summary to the list
  • Won't try and do any work for Chandler Alpha4
  • We will go ahead and work on the server piece in Cosmo 0.5
  • Last call on proposal next week

• Wiki stuff
  • Need Priscilla to have access to the template - we want to use a new template for the new wiki area
  • Priss will ping Dave about this
  • We are going to start working on Product homepage based on the taxonomy work done by Mimi and Ted

  • Started to work on big Preview project roadmap
  • Helped with Chandler bugzilla triage
  • Met with Philippe to review Alpha5 and Alpha6 plans
  • Completed and sent out CSG report

  • Resolve Cosmo URL issue
  • Work with Ted and Priss on Cosmo planning and roadmap
  • Presentation for Sept 21st staff meeting
  • Bugzilla triage for Chandler
  • Continue on Preview specs

Priscilla

• Progress
  • Merge Scooby/Cosmo content into Cosmo Home wiki page. - updated, will work with Ted/Sheila to revise content
  • Updated Cosmo 0.5 wiki page and finalize on dates and features.
  • Need to follow up with updating the Scooby 0.3 specs to Cosmo 0.5 - Updated. Will work with Cosmo team to revise content.
  • Interviews/write ups coming up this week.
  • Start to work on the rest of the target user write ups - this week.

• Plans
  • Continue working with Ted/Sheila on Cosmo planning and roadmap.
  • Continue working with Ted to plan a more accurate Cosmo 0.5 release date.
  • Working with Sheila/Ted and follow up on next steps of the Cosmo roadmap. Sheila’s Cosmo stickie plan
  • Still working through the punchlist of non-developement tasks, sent it to the list and updating my progress
  • Wiki/portal project - continue to investigate what features are needed for twiki
