I. Space planning. As we grow we'll need to look into extra space. Mitch is looking into this.

2. Hiring Update.

3. Organizational changes. There will be some changes in the KKIE administrative organization. There are more centralized needs than one might have expected. So Caroline is taking on some administrative responsibilities from Esther. And in the long term there may be some additional changes, or perhaps an additional position.

4. Apps group raised the following two issues for improving development efficiency:

• Start-up launch time
• Having wxWidgets debugger in the builds

5. Performance. There was also a discussion of performance, how we might improve it and what performance tasks would be most helpful -- particularly the analysis of performance bottlenecks and recommendations for fixing things. Discussion of the importance of a person focused on performance and decision to open a req to cover this. In the meantime, Katie will look to see if and how the apps group can look into start-up performance.
