Obsolete Bugzilla stuff

With obsolete components, we should definitely remove them from the "add bug" list so that people don't create new bugs in those components. It would also be good to remove from the search form to keep that a little simpler. For old bugs, can we leave the bugs assigned to components that don't exist in Bugzilla any more? Or reassign the component to "obsolete" component and put a note in the bug body?
