- No mention of XML iCalendar or xCalendar
- Doesn't explicitly discuss whether to recycle at Proposed or go to Draft
- One possibility is to recycle at Proposed with extra features that we've sorely missed. For example, versioning is THE thing that would make future work easier.
- Some feature removal might be so severe as to require recycle at Proposed.
- This is drastic enough to require a recycle at Proposed, I think.
- Is it right to reuse the exact same MIME type?
