Web access to calendar data

Getting the calendar Web access working first is definitely our plan. Are there any options here? Is Kragen's system starting to do this kind of thing?

Use WebDAV as store access protocol?

The idea here is that our "customers" who want to use Chandler in their organizations will want to use best of breed software for each component of the system. One way of separating the Web Access components from the store is to use SQL, but WebDAV is another option that fits well with our sharing architecture.
