Code review: defining clouds for Email, Task and Event

This is my first stab at defining clouds for PimSchema^? Kinds. I had sharing applications in mind so other clouds may need to be defined later if there is a need for different cloud boundaries.

In email/parcel.xml, I experimented with defining some attributes locally, in addition to defining a cloud. This just moved some attribute definitions from outside the Kind to inside the Kind.

In tasks/parcel.xml, I defined a cloud and removed the "stronglyAssociatedMail" attribute and its reverse attribute, as this concept has been replaced by stamping.

In calendar/parcel.xml, I defined a cloud for a CalendarEventMixin^?.
