- Finished second round of sidebar refactoring, most notably:
- sidebar icon color support
- new rules for icon namings
- updated icons
- new sharing icon support
- adjust color of Out of the box collections
- Refactor color support of collections
- Moved sidebar collection to osaf.app
- Remove color from calendar
- Eliminate the ColorType recursive import problem
