- Fixed bugs: #2443: Calendar view doesn't show detail when you click on a calendar
- Fixed bug where SummaryView's SetContents used unfiltered ItemCollection instead of filtered ItemCollection
- Switching selected items in the sidebar has been updated to work with ItemCollections instead of views in the new sidebar
- Fixed two bug introduced by Ted's Query: Calendar Events don't appear on Calendar and ItemCollection doesn't set stale when resubscribing to a Query
- Fixed another copy bug in creating filtered collections in the sidebar's summary view.
- Add new images for toolbars
- Add ugly images for the mac since it can't display pretty images along with a simple mechanism for platform dependent icons
- Add new icons for MarkupBar and ApplicationBar
- Get rid of unused gray in detail parcel xml
- Renamed NavigationBar to be ApplicationBar
- Added text to missing buttons in ApplicationBar
- Fixed Chandler can't launch on Aparna's machine (with lots of help from Andi)
- Removed unused images -- the majority were unused
- Looked into the wxWidgets bug that causes Realize on the toolbar to loose which buttons are set, but didn't find an acceptable fix.
