- 8687: We should not put basic auth or ticket information in chandler.log by default

- Ongoing investigation of 0.7 bugs.
- Made minor doc tweak to help with planned obsolescence of RunChandler script.
- More testing of fix for 9109: some conditions (e.g. sleeping the machine overnight) take a while to reproduce and investigate!
- Started small code prototype to understand Spike and Trellis better better.
