Alpha3 : we're done, any lingering issues?

• Potentially another bug to add in the known bug list

Alpha4 : schedule discussion

• Reviewed swags with Apps team
  • Apps resources not quite balanced - Philippe working on this
  • Some items we can defer
  • With all of these swags we are coming out 15 days too long on the Apps team
• Heikki: we could move out some of the bugs
• Philippe: worried that we would lose a lot of key features
  • Many bugs in the table that the dashboard is relying on
  • These will take a lot of time
• Katie: we have shortened the milestones (from 6 months) but maybe we need to go longer than 2 months. This is more realistic.
• Philippe: If we cut too much we won't have a significant Alpha4
• Ted: Shortest amount of time we need to get a good dashboard out
• This would push the release date to: Oct 3rd
• Katie: updated the platform page
  • Grant - stamping rewrite, domain model support, recurrence refactoring
  • Morgen - sharing format - actual changes might not make it for alpha4. We may have to stage this.
• Heikki: Is the sharing performance work blocked on sharing format? Katie: Probably not. We can still work on sharing perf issues.

Beta and 1.0 : need to update some Bugzilla fields to start planning

• Need more target milestones in bugzilla and we can start putting items in various bins.
• Philippe thinks we should have targets in bugzilla so we can be ready to plan stuff at. Helps get things in the right milestone.
• Change 0.7 tag to 0.7/Beta

Build system update : any issue we need to solve here?

• Philippe: No issues he is aware of but wanted to check
• Bear:
  • Implement a localized build - non ascii charater set
  • Wx builds - needs to hook up with Robin
  • Nothing else blocking
