Alpha2

• We have 100 or so items, have much more time do we need?
• Let's make an assessment by the end of the week

Functional tests

• Up and running
• Some disabled
• bug:5109 is tracking an issue with the full build breaking some functional. Philippe to follow up with David. May be involve John, Robin, others...

Build stuff

• 3 big items for alpha2
  • switch to Ubuntu
  • upgrade to Python 2.4.3 (fixes security issues)
  • change in how the full build works (bug:5363). This is something we should push to alpha3.
• Philippe to held the meeting on Thursday
• Universal Binary : pending on the availability of gcj (required for PyLucene) on Intel Mac, could be up to 6 months.

0.6.2

• Mitch and Esther using 0.6.1
• Aparna and Bear to send instructions so that people (at OSAF) can save their bogus repo to paniolo
• We logged a bug to track the issue (bug:5548)
• We're not planning to go through the overhead of producing an 0.6.2. We only have a fix that's important for devs and no dev is currently coding off the 0.6.x branch.
