0.6 Schedule

• Philippe completed an exhaustive review of all the remaining tasks and bugs for the apps team.
• He has determined that with OSCON and vacation time, we will require an extra period of 3 weeks to complete all the 0.6 functionality.
• The proposal is to have an additional milestone rather than extending Milestone 5 which is scheduled for August 24th.
• Milestone 6 would be targetted for Sept 14th and the release moved 3 weeks to Nov 2nd.
• Need to create a new item for 0.6.06 in bugzilla.
• Heikki will send an email to dev with the new dates and update the milestone page.

IRC QA Session

• Focus on testing the calendar.
• Keep with default as Pilikia for now since we don't want to broadcast the use for Cosmo QA.

Default Chandler Sharing Server

• Talk to Jared about using something other than Pilikia as the default server.
• Until Morgen gets the changes to the accounts UI we should have a default account setup with a username and password (like pilikia). Sheila will talk to Jared about this.

Tracking Tasks in Bugzilla

• Katie asks - what do we think about using bugzilla to track everybody's tasks?
• Andi had requested some kind of patch that allows you to reply via email.
• Bugzilla is used in opensource projects, accessible to people.
• Need to figure out how to get buy-in from the rest of the team.
• Philippe will talk to some of the team to get feedback on this. We will also discuss this with Lisa when she returns from Europe.
• We are tracking apps tasks, calendar service project and i18n tasks in there right now.
• Katie will look at adding in the developer platform tasks - the ones that we have defined enough to schedule.
• Do we need to upgrade bugzilla to a new version?
• We will have a bigger discussion about this at the end of 0.6.
