• Added CallItemMethodAsync() to call a method on an Item from a non-UI thread
• Updated Mail progress and alerts for error conditions, using above messaging
• Fixed DV of Calendar usage of wrong time module, and now display Duration instead of End Time
• "Me" Email Address now shows full address
• Added cursor key support to Table
