  • way too much goes on when things change: ui redraws itself, notifications
  • changing the recurrence architecture
  • event system, two levels of events and notifications -- seems a little hairy right now
  • cpia layer seems verbose -- hard to learn, confusing
  • mail and feeds code could be refactored to share commonalities
  • clear definition of what a display name is (title that is always translatable, whatever)
  • long list of partial refactorings to finish: flattening, api guidelines, startup, extension points
  • recurrence and cloning, because of scalability

  • Investigated 4712 (Unable to share large calendars on Cosmo Demo). Determined that we'd need at least a 3-minute timeout to deal with some cases.
  • Filed several Trashy bugs (4747, 4749, 4751).
  • Ongoing reviews of other devs' patches.

  • Re-investigate 4712 with BrianMoseley's cosmo deadlock fix (4739)
  • Check in 0.6 zanshin documentation.
  • Update 0.6 TimeZone and zanshin specs to reflect what actually got implemented for 0.6.
