Sheila's Status

• Review 0.5 specs with engineering and update any items that will not be done, are changed etc. We do another review after code freeze.
  • Sharing spec DONE
  • Calendar spec DONE
  • Sidebar/Chrome IN PROGRESS
• Track 0.5 deliverables, problems etc with developers.
  • Meet with Aparna to review any changes.
  • Attend bug council.
  • Ping Jurgen and Pieter re: 0.5 webDAV accounts DONE
• Start thinking about 0.5 non-code deliverables
  • Non-code documentation etc. Put together wiki page and send email this week.
  • Demo script for 0.5 - Sheila and Pieter to meet next week.
• 0.6 planning
  • Write up proposal for 0.6 task management based on IRC feedback.
  • Sharing proposal for 0.6, start detailing 0.6, 0.7 plan and work with Mimi to assess overall completeness of sharing for 0.6.
    • talk to Lisa about interoperability and sharing issues, start jotting down notes, issues, ideas.
  • Setup a few meetings for after feature freeze - widgets plan, calendaring next steps.
  • Setup a meeting with Ted re: search for when he is in town next week.

• Preparing for Intro to Chandler presentation to LPFI and KKIE folks Feb 8th
• Meeting with Merlin Mann to begin first round of "rapid-draw" prototyping usability exercises
• Preparing for Usability Sprint conference Feb 11-13
• Finishing up Journal wiki page on Contacts management
• Finishing up Journal wiki page on Attribute values as Collections
• Putting together usability analysis of Sharing workflow at the end of .7
  • Working with Sheila to solidify Sharing invitation workflow requirements for .7 to incorporate sharing status, removing sharing participants and ACL settings
  • Revisit free/busy workfow after clarifying implementation strategy with Lisa
  • Work through "funny-ness" in sharing scenarios resulting from sidebar implementation
