Sheila's Status

• Board presentation Thurs - get slides reviewed by Mitch
• IRC design session on Wed - do some prep work - task management
• Work on 0.6 features with Mimi - Task Management, Triage. Schedule session for Wed with Mimi to discuss.
• Track 0.5 progress - milestone Tues
  • Update specs, schedule as needed. Since code freeze is Feb 8th, sit down with Katie and review all the stuff that isn't done and the likely hood it will be.
  • Shedule meeting with Aparna on Thurs to review status.
• Kibble planning - review with Mitch scheduled, also terminology review.
  • Next steps for 0.6, 0.7 are pending Mitch's feedback.
• Sharing/interop discussions. Reviewing "sharing issues" page with Mimi will schedule an interop discussion this week (day TBD). Having ongoing discussions with Katie and Lisa. Need to start putting together a more definitive plan. Start documenting goals for interoperabiliy (or organize what is on the wiki).
• Ping Jurgen about webDAV account setup for 0.5.

Mimi's Status

• Putting together QuickItemEntry proposal for Wednesday's IRC session
• Reviewing .6 plan for calendar wrt whether or not it's sufficient for day-to-day use. IsZeroPointSixCalendarGoodEnough
• Working with Sheila to translate interoperability requirements and challenges into end-user features
• Talking with Eugene Kim from Blue Oxen about an open-source usability sprint
• Revisiting target user persona issues, specifically wrt early adopters. WhatIsAnEarlyAdopter
• Revisiting contacts management and how the notion of People or Entities might be a 4th dimension (in addition to Status, Kinds, and Topics aka Collections) in the post-Kibble Chandler content model. ContactsTheFourthDimension
