Quick phone conf meeting to try to make progress on dogfooding Chandler with cosmo-demo

• We're upgrading 0.2 to Java 1.5 as well as 0.3 trunk -- Bear and Jared will deal with the fallout from this. The point of this upgrade is to use JMX for better logging to track down timeouts and other bizarre problems.

• No upgrade immediately planned for cosmo-demo - not until next week or until we actually have any bug fixes that might make Chandler dogfooding work

• This work is BCM's top priority

• Bear did a useful charting tool, taking the data that Todd's code created and creating a chart file. Todd's test code and Bear's tool can be found in cosmo source under "tests/hammer".
