Cosmo/Scooby Bugzilla Merge Proposal
Here's a list of the Scooby components and a proposal on what to do with each of them. This is based on everyone's feedback of merging the appropriate components and moving the rest. Let me know what you think. Unless someone has a serious objection, Bear and I plan to make this happen sometime on Monday.
