Cosmo Styleguide Revisited Post-Preview Logo selection

• Previous styleguide efforts: CosmoStyleGuide
• New Logo: RefiningLogoFinal#ProceedWith

I took another pass at the styleguide now that we have a Logo. What's changed?

• New logo and Chander Hub typesetting
• New branding colors: Red, White and Grey

• Generally tried to clear out and de-clutter the header area
• Faint gradient behind the header area which matches the white disc behind the red dog to visually separate the header from the main app UI.
• Toned down the Sign up text
• Added Log in back into the 'user area'

• Moved the quick item entry bar up to the nav area

• Made the dialog headers 'grey' to match the app buttons

• Time zone warning 'overlays' on top of the header area, both to grab the user's attention and so we don't lose 'above-the-fold' pixels.
