Community Group Meeting 23 Nov 2004

Mitchell has laryngitis bad enough that she can't speak; Ducky has a mild sore throat so is working from home. Ted lives elsewhere and Pieter is working at home. We'll do this meeting by Skype or IRC!

Discussion

• Ducky didn't meet with Creative Commons because of a sore throat. We had some discussion about how the attribution script should be hosted, given that with very minor tweaks, it should be useful for many different applications that use RCS (e.g. kwiki, moin)
• Pieter has started a page MarketingPlan talking about marketing plans for 0.5.
• Westwood advisory meeting Thurs 6 Jan 2005 at Stanford -- maybe Ted should go? Ted will talk to Katie.
• Pieter has put the RDF on the wiki site to show the CC license.

• Ducky to write a tutorial based on Morgen's servlets. in progress
• Ducky to clean up the contributor-finding/listing script and give it to Creative Commons. in progress
• Pieter to add RDF to Web site. done
• Mitchell to update the LicensingTopics page before 0.4.
• Mitchell to put out a draft contributor license.
• Mitchell to decide if she needs to put out a separate draft contributor license specifically for PyLucene
