Community Working Group Meeting 10 August 2004
- Ted to start coordinating with working groups re PyCon goals.
- Pieter and Ducky to work with the working groups to come up with a format and technology infrastructure for rolling up status reports.
- Pieter or Ducky to talk to Katie about status reporting once we have all the technology in place. waiting on technology
- Ducky and Pieter to work together to get the copyright notice at the bottom of all wiki pages and on the wiki registration form.
- Ducky and Pieter to follow up with Jürgen about getting a permanent link for the contributor script. pinged 9 Aug
- Ducky to follow up with Jürgen about the Named Includes patch. Jürgen is upgrading the wiki software right now, so wants to wait until he's done with that before he installs the Named Includes patch.
- Ducky to investigate gmane's challenge policy.
- Ducky to continue looking into VOIP and collaborative real-time editing, including for conferencing.
- Ducky to write up first pass of Community FAQ.
- Mitchell to present the Creative Commons license rationale to Mitch.
- Mitchell to put out a draft contributor license soon.
- Mitchell to decide if she needs to put out a separate draft contributor license specifically for PyLucene.

CSG
Mitchell to give a talk to the CSG recalibration meeting. Pieter is helping on the Mellon status report.
Community Goals
It might be time to look at the 0.4 Community Goals for each of the working groups to see how they are doing. In particular, we'd talked about some sort of gathering based on CPIA -- are we at a state yet where that's a reasonable thing to do? Maybe right after 0.4? Ted to talk to Katie and Lisa.
