Brian	Checked in big refactoring of architecture -- email is a service which starts with Chandler, and Chandler requests accounts from that service. There's more control and more views created. We have a mail queue now, and POP functionality (submitted to Twisted as a patch). We have STARTTLS (except for a bug assigned to Heikki). We also have staged commits to the repository of mail as it downloads from the repository.	Code reviews and documentation; shift gears back to i18n. Experiment plugging ICU in at the string level. Update EmailService wiki page and i18n page.
Mike	Tasks in bugzilla; upgraded wxPython, twisted and SWIG; work with building Chandler on Tiger, work on Cosmo automated builds on tinderbox.	Upgrade Python which is blocking DavidS?. Finish move of builds server off of 'oahu' machine. Finish cosmo automated builds. Finish Tiger tinderbox.	Issue: moving DNS entry for builds.osafoundation.org so we can move builds from 'oahu' -- blocking on coordination with IT
Phillip	parcel loader change to allow schema to be defined in Python as well.	describe how parcel XML namespaces and python packages relate (on dev list); finish parcel integration, move on to porting content model to python schema API.	Flagged issue: Several of the parcel namespaces do not map to current package names and some don't conform to the same URI schema. If we want to be able to simultaneously use parcel XML as well as schema defined in python, we need some way to map XML namespaces to python packages. Or do we keep those independent and instead have a way for the XML schema to name the python package? Discussion to follow on dev list.
