What is 0.7alpha2?

Chandler 0.7alpha2 builds on the calendar we released in 0.6 by providing a sneak preview of some of the new features we are implementing for 0.7. Although not as stable as a full release it is expected that current 0.6 and 0.6.1 users will be able to continue using the calendar while experimenting with some new enhancements.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not provide an automatic migration path for 0.6 and 0.6.1 data. Users must manually migrate their data when they install a new version of the app. For data migration instructions see the following link (insert link to page).

The work in Alpha2 centers around 3 areas:

  • Enhancing the calendar and fixing a number of problems reported by our users
  • Introducing some light-weight scheduling workflows
  • Focussing on the other areas of the PIM by building out the basic table features

Further details are provided in the next section
