Chandler Technical Update - for CSG

19 Creating a 3rd party Chandler parcel - programming sprint Ted 8:30-15:00 Day two will be a hands on session where we write a form based parcel using the 0.5 release, just as we did at the PyCon sprint. One caveat: we are planning significant changes to the parcel framework and related APIs, based in part on what we learned at the PyCon sprint. Writing a parcel in 0.6 or later may look significantly different from what we are going to do at this session. That said, you should get a good sense of what we are trying to accomplish, and we can still learn something from you to create a better framework.
