• alpha2 coming up real soon now
  • Regressions -- are these going to crowd out fixing dogfood bugs?
  • Stamping revisited -- what does this mean for alpha2 features?
• functional tests and stable build

• chandler engineering meeting? once a month?

Notes

• we will stick with alpha2 plan for invitations/scheduling
  • stamping is adequate for alpha2 to make progress
  • wait for storyboard before making engineering decisions,
  • 0.7 stamping/domain model rework will happen after alpha2

• Bug Council at 1:30 tomorrow

• really high number of bugs for alpha2

• dogfood feedback -- 100 bugs! Sheila is entering these and will triage many into "future".

• Sheila is working on a milestone overview -- should be ready tomorrow

• functional tests and stable build
  • we think we are over the hump -- apps team is running functional tests regularly
  • some intermittent failures -- someone needs to hunt this problem down
    • go look in logs and make sure information is collected
    • NA: bear to log a bug (with the appropriate information -- cats log file)
  • some tests are commented out and need to be fixed
    • Philippe would like to have the bug numbers so he can make sure they are fixed
    • NA: aparna to make sure we have bugs and that the bugs have appropriate information
    • NA: aparna to cc philippe and assign to developer if we need help
  • exception happens right when functional test run ends
    • trying to shut down chandler, throws exception
    • problem not caught and not logged -- no traceback
    • NA: bear will work on this tonight -- how to capture this exception

• core sprints end of april
  • time these with the milestone? NO
  • we can think of appropriate work in most any stage of the milestone -- don't work around the milestone
  • bear and pje could get together on east coast
  • we need a schedule, and probably more clarity about what will happen at the "sprint", goals, etc.
