Blue sky: What if Chandler was an ever-present 'Skin' on your desktop?

  • The 'Appbar / Toolbar' stays anchored to the top of your Desktop, showing and hiding as necessary.
  • The 'Sidebar' is anchored to the left side fo your screen.
  • The main window or several main windows come and go as you need them.
  • A way to 'shrink and tile' the windows into clusters would be nice as well. For more, see http://research.microsoft.com/~marycz/AVI04-Fabric-final2.pdf.
