Issues to deal with wrt calendar overlays

• What does it mean to overlay the All collection with user-defined collections?
  • When the user selects the All collection and then overlays it with a user-defined collection, the events that belong to the user-defined collection lose their All collection color and take on the color of the user-defined collection.
• We need to tweak the existing colors and broaden the palette.
• OOTB, the All my events collection should be assigned a color and In and Out should be monochrome
• User-defined collections are automatically assigned a monochrome color
• Users can assign specific colors to all collections

• An event should always display the color of the
  • Selected calendar (if it is a member of the selected calendar) OR
  • The top-most (in the sidebar) activated calendar it is a member of
