Road Map to CPIA Chandler

There was a meeting around the 13th of October where John, Katie and Michael tried to map out the work needed to take us from Chandler-now to Chandler with CPIA. The methodology was to attempt to place known pieces of work on a time scale, but not to try and specify how long tasks take.

This produced the data in the table below, which contains some useful information that was previously not readily apparent.

• The list of CPIA sub projects
• Some picture of dependency between CPIA and the rest of Chandler
• A framework for resource and schedule planning for CPIA implementation

The time scale. left to right goes from things existing now, to things we are pretty sure will be done in two weeks, to completely non specific quanta.

The thing this picture does not adress is, which things are we pretty confident we can make progress on, and which things are doomed unless we take some drastic action.
