Agenda and Notes

Chandler

• Hardware for new wx plan: Bear sent an email on need. Next action, Heikki to contact IT on this plan. Likely those machines won't be on the same room. Idea: virtualize some machines to reduce machines need. Bear said that Mozilla is doing this right now and it's pretty good.
• Hardware for Mac Intel: Bear has one machine (iMac) that could be used by QA. We could get a headless Mac for Tinderbox and some others for dev. Heikki to own the comprehensive plan.
• Naming issue: use lower case "cats" on the test branch.
• We haven't run the Silk tests in a while. We should update and run those scripts. Ideally, we could automate DnD test (for Windows) with this.

Cosmo/Scooby

• Cosmo 0.3 sign off in process. Formal release coming soon after Pieter's done with some web site stuff.
• All test/build running from a G5 at Bear's. Adequate for the moment but might change in the future once we get more auto tests for Scooby.
• Right now Scooby is too unstable and small enough that automated testing is premature.

People

• Interns: Berook (QA) arriving next week. Mikeal will have things ready though he won't be there. Adam to show him the rope. Philippe to handle the logistic.
