-
-- merged triage_recurrence branch
-
-- got a performance bug against the triage_recurrence branch revision, starting to investigate.
- Fixed half of Bug:8377 (Assertion error in TestICalendar?) and added a couple of new triageStatus(Changed) unit tests
- part-way through implementing 'originators' attribute UI (eg, "From" that isn't the email sender)
- eventually, hope to get to the byline work; won't be this week or at least the first half of next.

- Two PTO days traveling to Atlanta, prepping for caretaking for my mom
- Helped out with merging triage_recurrence branch
- Fixed various small bugs, Bug#7463, Bug#8352
- Helped a vobject user
- Reviewed dialog text changes by mimi for typos (I'd rather have Mimi edit text herself and check for syntax errors before commit than get bugs to change text myself), although it looks like she hasn't committed her changes yet
- Long discussion about "item soup" on the list, how Cosmo and Chandler interact with differing notions of uniqueness of UUIDs
- Filled out form (which took surprisingly wrong, it kept not working) for potentially being a Summer of Code mentor
- Looked into Minicalendar problems, tweaked month column header position, dispatched bugs about polish regressions to Mimi (who passed them on to Andi)
- Tried to figure out why TestMulti? was failing on non-Linux platforms after merging in the triage_recurrence branch. Selection in the functional tests is finicky to put it mildly, and recurrence selection doesn't really seem to work very well. In the end I found that running TestSharing? before TestMulti? causes TestMulti? to fail (even after I added tweaks to get recurrence selection right). I imagine the problem is something to do with scrolling and sectioning in the table view not being handled well by the functional tests
John
- Fixed several script verification bugs on Linux, now that I am able to run Linux
- Tested running scripts produced on one platform but played back on others. Fixed several bugs that cropped up during testing. For now the plan is to record all the scripts on Windows for playback on Mac and Linux
- Created a test script ready for tinderbox.
- Researched how to run the scirpts on Tinderbox. Got Mikeal to write the code to run the scripts and reviewed his code.
- Spent the remainder of my time learning about EIM
Philippe
- Triaged alpha5 bugs (Bug Council, etc...)
- Set up and attended EIMML meeting
- Received and sorted intern resumes
- Fixed Bug#8372 (Tooltip capitalization)
