  • CSG feedback
  • D3 conference
  • Tiny process point: Voting a la Apache
  • Open Mike...

Meeting Notes

  • Plan for 0.6 Features SWAG/Review: We have a temptative list right now but need to solidify it to get to a comprehensive 0.6 schedule. Here are some ideas and a plan to get there:
    • Philippe to post an HTML version of the current feature table on the Wiki
    • Add a "confidence level" column to the table
    • Need a place to list the risk areas for each work area
    • Assign spec to devs so that we each know where to concentrate estimation effort
    • Use one single tool (Bugzilla) to track the work in progress. Use the relevant field to differentiate tasks/bugs
    • Add a field for SWAG
    • Plan:
      1. Philippe to post list in HTML table (taking here above ideas into account) and review guidelines tonight
      2. Devs to review their items by tomorrow night
      3. Philippe to synthesize the feedback by Thursday
      4. Team meet on Thursday to review plan
  • Specs. Three specs written (not completed) and started to get reviewed. More to come this week. See ZeroPointSix table for more details.
  • CSG feedback: the 2 days were a nice success. Berkeley was actually successful doing a parcel for their own use (thanks Ted and Alec).
  • D3 conference: Mitch to demo Chandler there (May 26th). We are moving some features higher in the prio queue to get a great demo going (DV, calendar coloring, side bar work).
  • Process point: We are adopting Apache's voting mechanism for suggestions (see Katie's e-mail on the subject).
  • Open Mike: David: wxPython 2.6 getting integrated, lots of great stuff, still issues on Mac.
