Cosmo QA Session Procedure ( Currently 11:00 AM every Wednesday )

1. Prepare test calendars

2. Send out email entailing:

- Features most needing testing and links to specs
- Links to information testers need (for example Magic Url directions)
- TinyURL^? link to bugs that need to be verified
- TinyURL^? link to tasks that should be finished
- Directions to download the checkpoint on your own and a pointer to public instance ( qacosmo if it's to be used )

3. During the testing session log bugs, and answer questions/ guide channel in testing
4. Post session, send out summary email of significant findings and noteworthy results/ links to bugs.
