  • Use Case - A Use Case describes a problem that a user needs to solve. At OSAF, we intentionally write our descriptions of Use Cases in terms of the user's problem, not in terms of the solution that Chandler will provide. The Use Case describes the end that the user wants to arrive at, not the software feature that will be the means. We will try not to introduce features that don't address real Use Cases -- the end must justify the means.
